For some reason, upstream decided to add one missing header, but not any
other ones. This appears to be the first project to respond to the LLVM
change.

This change also disables -Wswitch for sway, due to lack of any upstream
response after two releases of the offending input.

This implements an optional, alternative template layout to accommodate
ZFS and equivalent setups where each template occupies a different
filesystem. In such a setup, the default, separate workdir is unusable
as overlayfs requires the workdir to reside on the same filesystem as
the writable upperdir. The "merge" build tag enables this alternative
behaviour.

unreliable. This change replaces URLs to point to the download-mirror
subdomain, for hopefully increased reliability.

Same idea behind the previous change, although this is more often used
by the external cache implementations. This is a revision of the
archiveArtifact to avoid inconsistent state from previously cured
archiveArtifact lacking their status files.

This serves as a status indicator while fetching large tarballs, and
preserves information otherwise stripped during unpacking. This is a
revision of the tarArtifact to avoid inconsistent state from previously
cured tarArtifact lacking their status files.

These have become slopware for a long while now. Even before then it was only acting as a stub to cope with the messy python ecosystem. Regardless, these updates do nothing and even occasionally break things, so reject them until the stub package is available for their removal.
