The Gitea instance is forced to discontinue servicing of most
unauthenticated requests due to extensive and overwhelming slopware
crawler access. The cgit instance is currently the only method
of public read-only git access.

The Gitea instance no longer allows unauthenticated access.

Hakurei is no longer developed on nixos, and the nix deployment method
has been removed upstream. This change updates the website to reflect
these changes.

This leads to /discord and the redirect should be handled by nginx.
